Neal & Massy Automotive Ltd. hosted ‘Know Your Navara’
Customer Sessions on 10th and 17th March, 2012. In keeping with our company’s
vision statement to provide exceptionally pleasing customer experiences, it is
necessary that our customers be satisfied with our products and services. For
this to be achieved, it is essential our customers understand the proper use and
care of their vehicles in order to obtain the full benefits and expectations of
the product. It is our responsibility to educate our customers on the safety
features and the proper use and care of their vehicles. Fifty-one (51) Navara
customers attended the seminar and were all very satisfied with the seminar,
the professionalism and knowledge of our service team. Topics included but were
not limited to: General vehicle maintenance; Value of services to customers;
Effects of environmental conditions on the Navara; All you need to know about
Warranty; Tires and Batteries; Under hood inspections; Engine oil and
coolant
Power steering, transmission, brake and clutch
fluids.
