THE RAINBOW CUP INTERNATIONAL TRIATHLON

NEAL & MASSY IS THE 2012 TITLE SPONSOR OF THE RAINBOW CUP INTERNATIONAL TRIATHLON 

   

The Rainbow Cup International Triathlon (RCIT) has been an annual event on the local sporting calendar for the past 8 years, growing from strength to strength and attracting competitors from across the region. 

   

Neal & Massy chose to become involved in the RCIT, for the first time this year because the event is consistent with many of the values that our brand stands for. The event promotes healthy lifestyles, personal best performance and contribution to meaningful charities. The event also encourages families and friends to come out and support participants. 

   

The Neal & Massy Rainbow Cup International Triathlon will take place at the Turtle Beach Heritage Park, Black Rock, Tobago on Saturday 26th May, 2012.   

   

We wish to invite and encourage all employees, across the region, to participate in the race.  For Neal & Massy employees, race registration is free and we can also take advantage of the hotel specials at the Grafton Beach Resort (see the package attached).  If you are interested in taking part, please email us at communications@neal-and-massy.com 

   

The event is managed by the Rainbow Warriors Triathlon Club, led by race director Jason Gooding, whose international experience has developed this race, year after year. Mr. Gooding is Trinidad & Tobago’s former national triathlon champion and is now a qualified Level II ITU coach.   

   

OUR VISION FOR THE EVENT 

   

Next year, we hope to build the NMRCIT into a truly corporate and socially responsible event by attracting corporate teams to compete and raise funds for charitable causes that we will discuss with our major partners.  Teams can participate in the race by sponsoring individual entrants or relay teams, whereby participants train to swim, bike or run.  If you have any creative ideas for improving the race going forward, we would love to hear them.
