• Industrial Gases Ltd.
  IGL manufactures and markets oxygen, nitrogen, argon, carbon dioxide, acetylene, hydrogen, nitrous oxide, compressed air and gas mixtures throughout the Caribbean and into South and Central America. IGL also supplies helium, ammonia and specialty gases.
  IGL configures and installs gas storage, distribution and application equipment and provides process plant maintenance, cylinder testing and engineering support services.
  
  

• Caribbean Industrial Gases Ltd. (CIG)
  CIG is a joint venture between Neal & Massy Holdings ltd. and Air Products and Chemicals Inc. for the construction and operation of a 2,810 MT per day air separation plant, which will be amongst the largest in the world. This plant will supply oxygen, nitrogen and instrument air to the Atlas methanol plant to be located at Point Lisas, Trinidad and is scheduled to be operational in the first quarter 2004.
  
  

• Neal & Massy Gas Products Limited (Holding 57.3%)
  Neal & Massy Gas Products ltd. is a joint venture holding company and is the parent company of IGl and Trintogas ltd.
  
  

• Demerara Oxygen Company Ltd.(DOCOL) (holding 94.4%)
  DOCOL’s major activity involves the sale of LPG. DOCOL also manufactures and markets oxygen, nitrogen, argon, acetylene, and compressed air and supplies nitrous oxide, helium, ammonia, specialty gases, welding equipment and related supplies throughout Guyana on the South American mainland.
  
  

• Jamaica Oxygen and Acetylene Ltd. (Holding 72.4%)

• Trintogas Ltd.
  Trintogas markets oxygen, nitrogen, argon, carbon dioxide, acetylene, nitrous oxide, compressed air and gas mixtures as well as welding equipment and supplies. Trintogas also supplies helium and specialty gases
  
  

• Trintogas Carbonics Ltd. Trintogas Carbonics is a majority owned subsidiary of Trintogas ltd. and manufactures and markets food grade liquid carbon dioxide primarily for the beverage industry.
