Arthur Lok Jack

Chairman

Trinidad and Tobago citizen

 

 

Mr. Lok Jack was elected to the Board of Neal and Massy Holdings Ltd. in December 1998 and was appointed Chairman in June 2004.

 

In addition to being Executive Chairman of the Associated Brands Group of Companies, he is also Chairman of Guardian Holdings Limited and BWIA West Indies Airways Limited.  Mr. Lok Jack serves on the Boards of many companies in the Caribbean.

 

In 2001 he was voted Master Entrepreneur and in 2002 he was awarded an Honorary Doctor of Laws degree from the University of the West Indies. His contribution to business was recognized by the University of the West Indies, which named him one of the 15 Caribbean luminaries for 2002.  In the 2004 National Awards, he was awarded the Chaconia Medal (Gold) for his contribution to business development.

 

 

 


 

 

 

 

 

Bernard Dulal-Whiteway

Chief Executive Officer

Trinidad and Tobago citizen

 

 

 

Mr. Dulal-Whiteway was appointed Group C.E.O. in October 2000.

 

A Chartered Accountant by profession, he joined Neal and Massy Holdings Limited in 1972 and has held many key management positions during his 34 year tenure with the Group.

 

Mr. Dulal-Whiteway is the Chairman of Yara Trinidad Limited, and a Director on the Boards of Tringen Limited, Republic Bank Limited, United Way of Trinidad & Tobago as well as T.S.T.T..  In addition, he has served on the Boards of a number of other private and public sector companies.

 

Mr. Dulal-Whiteway is the Honorary Consul General for the Republic of Korea.

 

 

 

 


 

 

 

 

 

 

 

John P. Andrews

Trinidad and Tobago citizen

 

 

Mr. Andrews is the former Chairman of Atlantic LNG Company of Trinidad & Tobago.

 

He has enjoyed a distinguished 40 year career in the Public Service of Trinidad and Tobago and has held the positions of Commissioner of Inland Revenue, Permanent Secretary Ministry of Finance, Permanent Secretary to the Prime Minister and Head of the Public Service.

 

In 1996 he was awarded the nation’s second highest award, the Chaconia Medal (Gold) and was the recipient of the Mineral Economics Award 2003 from the American Institute of Mining, Metallurgical and Petroleum Engineers.

 

Mr. Andrews has served on the Boards of several companies including RBTT Financial Holdings Ltd., Development Finance Ltd. and The West Indian Tobacco Company Limited.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 


 

Dr. Rolph Balgobin

Trinidad and Tobago citizen

 

 

Dr. Balgobin is a Corporate Turnaround Specialist with global experience in industry, entrepreneurship and academia.  He is currently the Executive Director of the Arthur Lok Jack Graduate School of Business.  He holds a Doctor of Business Administration (DBA) degree from the Manchester Business School at the University of Manchester, an EMBA as well as a B.Sc. in Industrial Management.

 

He is Chairman of PLIPDECO, a Director of T.S.T.T., Youth Business Trinidad and Tobago and the International Accreditation Advisory Board of Association of MBAs (UK).  He is an Advisory Trustee of Caribbean and Central American Action.  He is a past director of the Central Bank of Trinidad & Tobago and has served as a Temporary Independent Senator for the last three years.

 

 

 

 

 

 


 

 

 

 

 

Robert Bermudez

Mr. Bermudez is the Chairman of the Bermudez Group of Companies. He is also associated with several other corporate bodies in and out of Trinidad and Tobago.

 

 

 

 


 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Trevor Boopsingh

Trinidad and Tobago citizen

 

Mr. Boopsingh is the Chairman, Caribbean Energy Specialists Ltd., and the Chairman of the Eastern Caribbean Pipeline Company.

 

A MSc. Graduate in Petroleum Reservoir Engineering from the University of London, he has a distinguished career in the Petroleum Sector and is the recipient of many accolades, including the title of Distinguished Member, SPE International in 2000, Distinguished Lecturer, SPE International in 1977 and the Distinguished Graduate Award at the University of the West Indies 50th Anniversary.  He was awarded the Chaconia Medal (Gold) in the 2002 National Awards.

 

Mr. Boopsingh is the author of the book “Oil, Gas and Development.”

 


 

 

Sir Allan Fields

Barbados citizen

 

 

 

Sir Allan is the Chairman of the Barbados Shipping & Trading Co. Ltd. (BS&T).

 

Formally trained in Mechanical Engineering, he has served in the capacity of Managing Director of Lucas Industries Barbados’ operations, BS&T and Banks (Barbados) Breweries Ltd.

 

Sir Allan serves on many Boards in Barbados, including the Barbados National Insurance Corporation, First Caribbean International Bank, the Barbados Employers Confederation and the Y.M.C.A. He is also Past President of the Private Sector Organization and Chairman of Banks Holdings Limited, Barbados Dairy Industries Ltd. and Cable & Wireless (Barbados) Ltd.  He was recently appointed as Chairman of the Caribbean Broadcasting Corporation.

 

He is Barbados’ non resident Ambassador to the Peoples Republic of China.

 

He also serves as an Independent Senator in the Barbados Parliament.

 

 

 

 

 


 

Mr. William Lucie-Smith

Trinidad and Tobago citizen

 

 

Mr. Lucie-Smith is a retired Senior Partner of PricewaterhouseCoopers Trinidad where he headed its Corporate Finance and Recoveries practice.  He is  a chartered accountant and holds a MA degree from Oxford University in Philosophy, Politics and Economics.  He has extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions, taxation and valuations.

 

He currently serves as a non-executive on a number of Boards including Republic Bank Ltd., Sagicor Financial Corporation, and BWIA International Airways Ltd.

 

 


 

 

Mr. Kelvin Mootoo

Trinidad and Tobago citizen

 

 

Mr. Kelvin R. Mootoo, a Management Accountant by profession and a member of the local institute of Chartered Accountants joined the Neal & Massy Group in May 1986 and has been actively involved in several areas of the Group’s business activities.  He is currently an Executive Director of Neal & Massy Holdings Limited and Executive Chairman of both the Industrial Gas and ITC Business Units.

 

He also serves as a Director on several other Neal & Massy Companies.

 

 

 


 

 

Mr. Joseph E. Teixeira

Trinidad & Tobago citizen

 

 

 

Mr. Teixeira is an Executive Director of Neal & Massy Holdings Ltd. and the Executive Chairman of Retail Distribution/Logistics Business Unit.  He is the Chairman of Hi-Lo Food Stores Division, Marketing & Distribution and Melville Shipping Ltd.

 

Mr. Teixeira holds a B.Comm. from Dalhousie University and a MBA from the University of Western Ontario.

 

Prior to joining the Neal & Massy Group in 1990 he had over 25 years experience in the financial sector and also worked as an independent consultant.

 

 


 

Mr. Gervase Warner

Trinidad & Tobago citizen

 

 

Mr. Warner is an Executive Director of Neal & Massy Holdings Limited and the Executive Chairman, Neal & Massy Energy Business Unit.

 

He also serves as a Director on the Boards of BWIA West Indies Airways Limited, Citigroup Merchant Bank Limited and the University of Trinidad and Tobago.

 

Mr. Warner holds BSE Degrees in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science Engineering from the University of Pennsylvania and a MBA from Harvard Business School.

 

Prior to joining Neal & Massy, Mr. Warner was employed at the international management consulting firm of McKinsey & Company, Inc., where he led its Puerto Rico office.  He has extensive experience in the financial services, IT and communications and petroleum sectors.

 

Mr. Warner has over 15 years of international experience working in the USA as well as Latin America and the Caribbean.

 

 

 


 

 

 

 

Brian Young

Jamaica citizen

 

 

 

Mr. Young is the Chairman of Neal & Massy Group Jamaica Limited, Cool Petroleum Limited, an associated company of Neal & Massy Holdings Limited and Chairman of the Audit Committee of Neal & Massy Holdings Limited.  He joined the Board of Neal & Massy Holdings Limited after retiring as a Senior Partner from Price Waterhouse, Jamaica, in 1995.

 

He has 44 years of extensive and varied experience in management consultancy. His areas of expertise include finance, acquisitions and mergers, insolvency and management information systems.  Mr. Young serves on several Boards, including Trinidad Cement Ltd.,  Caribbean Cement Company Ltd., RBTT Holdings Ltd., and RBTT Jamaica Ltd., and has served on many Jamaican Government appointed teams.
