Mr. Gervase Warner, Executive Chairman of Neal and Massy Energy Limited, is pleased to announce the appointment of Sean Kellman as Business Development Manager.

Sean Kellman was born in 1965 in the Trinidad. After graduating from Fatima College, he completed his undergraduate studies at Oklahoma State University and graduate studies at The University of Texas at Austin where he majored on Business Administration. Sean has 18 years of experience in various business leadership roles including business development and P&L functional responsibilities.

Prior to joining Neal and Massy Energy, Sean served as a Director of Business Development for Fluor Corporation's Infrastructure Group based in Greenville, South Carolina. Prior to this appointment, Sean was the Global Account Manager for Fluor's largest telecommunications client completing projects in excess of USD $600 million. Other assignments included the following:

• Project Manager responsible for directing the design, construction, contract compliance oversight of enhanced airport security project (post-9/11/01 plan) stationed at Ted Stevens Anchorage International Airport in Anchorage, Alaska for the Transportation and Security Agency.
• Sean served at Fluor's MPG Business Manager for the Canadian geographic region.
• Project Management team for Fluor on the Commercial Alcohol Ethanol Plant in Chatham, Ontario and MAPCO Alaska Petroleum in Alaska.
