Mr. Bernard Dulal-Whiteway, Group Chief Executive Officer of the Neal & Massy Group of Companies, is pleased to announce the appointment of DAVID C.S. ROBERTS as Group Health, Safety & Environment Manager effective 29th August, 2005.

Prior to joining our company, Mr. Roberts held the position of Manager of Quality, Health, Safety, Security and Environmental Services at Tucker Energy Services (Latin America Region).

Mr. Roberts has extensive knowledge and experience in Quality, Environmental Health and Safety Management Systems in the Caribbean and Latin America, establishing safe work Process and Procedures and development, implementation and maintenance of these systems.
