Mr. David O'Brien joins the Neal & Massy Group as Executive Chairman - Financial & Other Services

Bernard Dulal-Whiteway, Group CEO is pleased to advise that Mr. David O'Brien will join the Neal & Massy Group as Executive Chairman - Financial & Other Services with effect from November 1, 2005.

David brings over 25 years' experience in the Financial Services area with considerable experience in insurance and real estate development having worked at Sagicor Financial Corporation for the last sixteen (16) years, most recently as President and CEO of Sagicor Capital Life Insurance Company, whose office is located in Tampa, Florida. Prior to this he was Executive Vice President and General Manager of Sagicor's Trinidad Operations.

David, a graduate from the University of South Florida with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration majoring in Finance, was President of the Trinidad & Tobago Chamber of Commerce in 2002 and 2003. He is a founding Director and Chairman for the last year of RGM LTD. He has also held a number of directorships including DFL and TIDCO and was a member of the Multi-Sectorial Core Group for Vision 2020.

David is excited to be back home and part of an organization with a tremendous history and a great future.
